  • Data for legal registration (eVisitor):<\/strong> Type and number of identification document, citizenship, date and place of birth (only after confirmed reservation).<\/span><\/li>
  • Communication data:<\/strong> Content of your inquiries and messages sent via the web form.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING<\/strong><\/div>
    We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:<\/div>
    • Reservation fulfillment:<\/strong> Processing is necessary for the execution of the accommodation service contract.<\/span><\/li>
    • Legal obligation:<\/strong> Registration of your stay in the eVisitor<\/strong> system in accordance with Croatian laws.<\/span><\/li>
    • Communication:<\/strong> Responding to your inquiries and providing information about services.<\/span><\/li>
    • Legitimate interest:<\/strong> Improving the operation of our website and protection against misuse.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
