1. How can I book accommodation?
Our platform works exclusively through direct inquiries. After selecting your desired property and dates, fill out the inquiry form. Our team will confirm availability as soon as possible and send you a booking offer. This way we ensure that every detail of your stay is perfectly planned.
2. How can I know if the property is available for my dates?
Simply select the dates in the calendar on each property's page. The system will show you in real time whether those days are available or booked. If they're available, you can send us an inquiry right away.
3. Can I pay only part of the amount (deposit) when booking?
Yes. To confirm your reservation, you only need to pay a deposit, while the remaining amount is paid according to the terms stated on your voucher – usually in cash upon arrival at the property or by bank transfer before your trip, depending on the agreement.
What are the rules in case of cancellation?
Our cancellation policy ensures a fair approach:
More than 60 days before arrival: We refund the deposit minus administrative costs.
60 to 30 days before arrival: The agency retains the deposit.
Less than 30 days before arrival: The full reservation amount is charged.
Detailed terms will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.
